Hillam Parish Council employ one member of staff on a permanent basis, who takes on the responsibilities of Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer.
As well as undertaking the administration role of Clerk, the RFO keeps the accounts of the council.
In November 2015 the Parish Council appointed an new Clerk/RFO on a 4 hours per week contract.
